Why I Started Substack
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about space — the space to create, to reflect, and to share thoughts that don’t always fit into daily life. After years of writing here on the blog, I realised I wanted a little corner of the internet where I could explore and share my intimate thoughts on motherhood, creativity, interiors, and the everyday moments that make up life — in a way that’s honest, unpolished, and deeply personal.
That’s why I started my Substack. It’s a place where I can write freely, share stories from the trenches, and let the words find their way even when life is messy and unpredictable. For those who choose to support with a paid subscription, I’ll also be sharing more intimate notes — where I share my innermost thoughts on life, motherhood and self, what feels too precious, too honest, too alive for social media.
But more than anything, I want this space to be a conversation. I’d love to hear your thoughts: what would you like me to write about here? Are there stories or themes that would resonate most with you? Your input will help shape this new chapter and make it something we create together.
If you’d like to join me, you can subscribe to my Substack here and receive posts straight to your inbox — some public, some just for subscribers.
Thank you for reading, and for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to see where it takes us.
